Google Strikes Back at AI Browsers with the Latest Chrome Agents

Google is officially responding to the rise of AI-first browsers like Arc and Perplexity by overhauling Chrome with deep Gemini integration and "agentic" capabilities designed to handle autonomous tasks.
Details:
The assistant has moved from a floating window to a persistent sidebar on Windows, macOS, and Chromebook. It can analyze multiple open tabs as a “context group” to help you compare products or prices
An “auto-browse” feature for U.S. Pro subscribers can navigate websites for you. It can find coupons, fill out forms, and buy items. Payments still require your approval, and it can make mistakes
The “Nano Banana” image modifier and the sidebar launch recently. Later updates will connect Gemini to Gmail, Photos, and Calendar for personal tasks. Your passwords and card details will stay hidden from AI
The Gemini sidebar and Nano Banana integration are beginning to roll out, while the deeper personal intelligence features are scheduled for the coming months.

Nvidia, Amazon and Microsoft in Talks for $60 Billion OpenAI Investment

Reports say Nvidia, Amazon, and Microsoft are in talks to invest up to $60B in OpenAI, deepening their funding and infrastructure ties as OpenAI faces rising training costs and tougher competition from Google.
Details:
Nvidia, already an investor and chip supplier for AI training, is reportedly discussing a $30 billion commitment. Amazon is said to be considering more than $20 billion, while Microsoft may invest under $10 billion
Amazon’s entry could also depend on expanded cloud rentals and commercial deals to sell OpenAI products, after rumors that SoftBank is seeking a separate $30 billion stake
The Information says term sheets could be close, but Reuters couldn’t independently verify the report. Nvidia, Amazon, Microsoft, and OpenAI either declined to comment or didn’t respond
This potential influx of capital underscores the high financial stakes of the AI race, as OpenAI seeks to strengthen its position against Alphabet.

How to Create a Fully Formatted Resume Using ChatGPT Canvas

You don’t need templates, design tools, or paid resume builders anymore, because ChatGPT Canvas lets you write, edit, and polish a complete resume side by side, and this guide walks through the exact process step by step.
Launch ChatGPT
You can use any supported model such as GPT-5 or GPT-4o. The Canvas experience works the same across models.
Use Canvas tool
In the message editor, type / to open the tools menu. From the list, select Canvas for a split-screen workspace.
Start resume with prompt
Paste a prompt that clearly defines the role, experience level, and structure you want. For example:
“Create a one-page resume for a digital marketing specialist with 4 years of experience in SaaS. Include sections for professional summary, core skills, work experience, and education. Keep the layout simple, readable, and ATS-friendly with concise bullet points.”Let Canvas generate draft
Once you submit the prompt, Canvas launches automatically. Your resume will appear on the left side, already structured into sections and formatted cleanly.
Review structure before wording
Before editing text, scan the overall structure.
Check section order, spacing, and clarity. This helps you fix big-picture issues early instead of tweaking lines too soon.
Refine content section by section
Ask Canvas to improve specific parts rather than the whole resume at once, such as:
Rewrite the summary to sound more results-focused
Tighten job descriptions to one or two impact-driven lines
Replace weak verbs with stronger, measurable actions
Adjust tone and targeting
If the resume is for a specific role or company, guide Canvas to adapt the language. For example:
Match keywords from a job description
Make the tone more technical or more business-oriented
Emphasize leadership, execution, or collaboration depending on the role
Final polish and export
Do a final pass for consistency, tense, and clarity.
Once satisfied, you can copy the finished resume directly from Canvas and paste it into a PDF, Word file, or job application system.
Note: Use numbers where possible to show impact instead of listing responsibilities.
