Google May Be Building a Claude Cowork Style Agent in Gemini

Google may be turning Gemini Enterprise into more than a chatbot. A recently spotted Agent tab suggests Google is building a task-driven AI workspace with tools, files, app connections, and human oversight built in.
Details:
The Agent area sits beside chat and opens with New Task and Inbox. Inside a task, Google shows Goal, Agents, Connected apps, Files, and a Require human review toggle in one workspace
That setup makes Gemini look less like chat and more like an execution layer, closer to Claude Cowork, where AI gets a goal, tools, files, and services to handle multi-step work
The report ties this to broader Gemini changes like Projects and Skills, hinting at a bigger rollout before Google I/O and a desktop-style product, although that part is still speculative
If this ships the way it looks, Google won’t just be adding features to Gemini — it will be entering the real AI workspace race.
LLM traffic converts 3Ă— better than Google search
58% of buyers now start their research in ChatGPT or Gemini, not Google. Most startups aren't showing up there yet.
The ones that are get cited by the AI tools their buyers, investors, and future hires already use. And they convert at 3Ă—.

Microsoft Prepares an OpenClaw Like Agent for Microsoft Copilot

Microsoft is testing another OpenClaw-like agent, inside Microsoft 365 Copilot for enterprise users. The bigger idea seems to be a Copilot that stays active and handles work over time, not just chat.
Details:
Microsoft confirmed it is testing OpenClaw-like features for Microsoft 365 Copilot, aimed at enterprises with stronger security, governance, and trust than the open source OpenClaw
This builds on Copilot Cowork and Copilot Tasks. Cowork uses Work IQ, works in Microsoft 365 apps, and supports Claude. Tasks handles email, travel, and appointments. Both run in the cloud
The key unknown is whether this agent will run locally like OpenClaw or stay cloud-based. Microsoft says it should keep working, act anytime, and finish multi-step tasks across long periods
OpenClaw runs on Windows, but Mac Mini became the favorite setup. Microsoft may reveal more at Build in June, while saying it is still experimenting.

How to Make a Phone-Based AI Assistant That Answers Your Calls

Ever wanted an AI assistant you can actually call? In this tutorial, you’ll build one with its own phone number using ElevenLabs and Twilio, make a real test call, and have it answer using your website, calendar, and more.
Create voice agent
In ElevenLabs, go to Agents → New Agent → Personal Assistant. Choose a voice, set your time zone, and add your first greeting message.
Example first message:
“Hi, this is your assistant. Tell me what you need and I’ll help you.”Add knowledge sources
Inside the agent settings, connect the information you want the assistant to use:
Your website
Your calendar
Set assistant’s behavior
Add a short instruction so it stays helpful and accurate.
Example instruction:
“Answer using my website and calendar. If you’re unsure, ask one question. Don’t guess.”Create Twilio account
Go to Twilio and create an account. You should have complimentary credits to test.
Buy Twilio phone number
In Twilio, buy a phone number (typically around $1). From the dashboard, copy these:
Phone number
Account SID
Auth Token
Import number into ElevenLabs
In ElevenLabs, go to Phone Numbers → Import from Twilio. Paste your SID, auth token, and phone number, then assign the number to your agent.
Call and test it
Call the number and test a few real questions like “What’s on my calendar?” or “What do we offer?” based on what you added to the agent’s knowledge base.
Note: Add the most useful pages from your website, not everything. Too much info can make answers messy.

Cinematic portrait sequence of an Asian man [uploaded image as ref] leaning against a tiled urban wall near a doorway, captured in a quiet, introspective moment. He wears large white over-ear headphones, immersed in music, his posture relaxed against the wall. In one frame, he tilts his head slightly back with his eyes closed, as if deeply feeling the music. In another, he raises his hand gently near his lips, lost in thought. His dark hair falls naturally, slightly tousled, adding to the effortless mood. He wears a dark coat over a casual outfit, blending into the muted urban environment. The setting features clean tiled walls, a door, and subtle architectural details, creating a minimalist city backdrop. The color grading leans toward cool blue and teal tones, evoking a calm, melancholic atmosphere. Soft natural light creates gentle highlights and smooth shadows without harsh contrast. The image carries a strong analog film aesthetic with visible grain, slight blur, and soft haze. Dreamy elements include light diffusion, subtle glow, and faint mist-like softness that softens edges and enhances emotional depth. Imperfect framing, quiet composition, and cinematic stillness create the feeling of a fleeting personal moment.
