Midjourney, known for its AI image generator, launched its V1 video model, entering the AI video space alongside OpenAI’s Sora, Runway’s Gen 4, Adobe’s Firefly, and Google’s Veo 3. CEO David Holz says this is a key step toward AI for real-time open-world simulations.
