AI Helps An Amateur Solve A 60 Year Old Math Mystery

A 23-year-old amateur just helped solve a 60-year-old Erdős math problem with GPT-5.4 Pro. He had no advanced math training, but one prompt led to a proof experts say used a method humans had missed.
Details:
The problem involved primitive sets, groups of whole numbers where no number evenly divides another. Erdős had guessed how low their “score” could go as the numbers became very large
ChatGPT’s first proof was messy, but the key idea was different. Terence Tao and Jared Lichtman helped understand, shorten, and verify the proof after seeing the unusual route it took
Experts say the AI used a known formula in an unexpected place. That matters because it may help with other number theory problems, not just this one 60-year-old conjecture
This is not AI replacing mathematicians. It is AI suggesting a path humans missed, while experts check, refine, and turn the idea into real math.
AI agents now read your docs almost as much as humans do.
Mintlify analyzed 790 million requests across its documentation platform. The finding: AI coding agents account for 45.3% of all traffic, nearly tied with traditional browsers at 45.8%.
Two tools are driving almost all of it:
Claude Code: 25.2% of total traffic, more requests than Chrome on Windows
Cursor: 18% of total traffic
Together they account for 95.6% of all identified AI agent traffic
The rest of the field, OpenCode, Trae, ChatGPT, and NotebookLM, is showing up but nowhere close.
One caveat: OpenAI's Codex doesn't send an identifiable user-agent header, so the real agent percentage is likely even higher.
The takeaway for anyone maintaining developer docs: your documentation now serves two audiences. Structure and machine-readability matter as much as clarity for human readers.

Musk Sees Bigger Future In AI Than Space For SpaceX

Elon Musk’s SpaceX is preparing a massive IPO, and the pitch increasingly connects space, Starlink, and AI. Reuters says its filing points to a $28.5T market, with AI becoming the biggest growth story.
Details:
SpaceX still has its core space business: rockets, Starship, Starlink satellites, Mars plans, and possible space-based AI data centers. But the filing says these projects carry major technical risk
The AI opportunity is much larger on paper. SpaceX estimates $26.5T could come from AI, including $22.7T from enterprise AI, while the IPO could raise $75B at a $1.75T valuation
Starlink remains the financial engine, with $11.4B of SpaceX’s $18.7B revenue. But Musk is spending heavily on AI, xAI, Grok Enterprise, GPUs, and embedded engineers
Musk wants investors to see SpaceX as more than a space company. The next story is rockets, satellites, and AI infrastructure working together.

How to Build a High Converting Landing Page in 5 Minutes with Replit

If you struggle with landing page builders or hate spending hours tweaking layouts, Replit’s Design Mode can help. It generates a custom, professional-looking page—no coding needed.
Prepare landing page blueprint
Start by generating a structured prompt in any AI chat tool. Include:
Your brand or product name
Ideal audience
Core offer
Conversion goal (signups, purchases, bookings)
Required page sections
Desired visual style and mood
Preferred CTA style and placement
Collect visual inspiration
Look for landing page designs you admire on Behance, Dribbble, Awwwards, or even top SaaS websites. Take a clean screenshot of the layout you'd like to emulate.
Translate inspiration into refined prompt
Upload the screenshot to your AI chat tool and ask it to rewrite your original prompt to match the style, structure, and spacing of the design you selected.
Set up workspace inside Replit
Log into your Replit account, start a new project, and switch to the Design tab. Paste your updated prompt into the input box.
Generate landing page structure
Tell Replit:
“Create a responsive, single-page landing site using the instructions I provided. Include relevant assets and keep the layout clean.”Replit will produce ready-to-edit sections including hero, features, social proof, and CTA.
Customize content
Refine key elements so the page feels authentic to your business:
Replace placeholder testimonials with real social proof
Swap in your logos, brand colors, and product screenshots
Add or adjust your CRM/lead form, buttons, and microcopy
Note: Replace every placeholder icon or image with real brand visuals to strengthen trust and increase overall credibility.
