OpenAI Launches Workspace Agents for Team Automation in ChatGPT

OpenAI just turned ChatGPT into something much bigger than a chatbot. Its workspace agents let teams build Codex agents that handle long, multi-step work across shared tools, data, files, and team processes.

Details:

  • These agents run in the cloud, keep working when you are away, remember context, write or run code, use connected apps, and can be built by describing a workflow or dropping in a file

  • They are made for teams, not solo prompts. Teams can share them in ChatGPT or Slack, schedule them, reuse company knowledge, improve them over time, and start with templates

  • OpenAI showed agents for software review, feedback routing, weekly metrics, lead outreach, vendor risk, sales, and accounting, with approvals, analytics, defenses, and admin controls

Workspace agents are in research preview for Business, Enterprise, Edu, and Teachers. GPTs stay for the time being, with conversion and pricing from May 6.

Anthropic Mythos Reportedly Reached Unauthorized Users Online

Anthropic’s Mythos Preview just turned from tightly controlled rollout to security headache. Reports say a small unauthorized group got inside the unreleased model meant for selected defensive testing.

Details:

  • The group reportedly got in the same day Anthropic began limited trials with select companies. Reuters says people in a private forum kept using Mythos after that, but not for security work

  • Anthropic says it is investigating claims that the issue came through a third party vendor environment. Other reports say the group likely guessed the endpoint pattern and used contractor details

  • That matters because Mythos sits inside Project Glasswing, a restricted effort for defensive cybersecurity. Anthropic says it can find and exploit major software flaws at elite human level

So this is bigger than one containment slip. It shows the hardest part may not be building frontier security AI, but keeping it under tight control.

Stop babysitting your coding agents

Agents can generate code. Getting it right for your system, team conventions, and past decisions is the hard part – you end up wasting time and tokens in correction loops.

MCPs give agents access to information but not understanding. The teams pulling ahead use a context engine to give agents exactly what they need.

How to Write Viral YouTube Scripts with NotebookLM

What if you could clone the structure of great YouTube videos without copying their content? This tutorial will show you how to use NotebookLM to analyze, adapt, and generate full scripts in just a few steps.

  1. Choose strong reference video

Pick one long-form video with a clear flow you like. Focus on structure, not copying content.

  2. Create notebook

Launch NotebookLM and tap on Create new. Name it based on your topic for easy organization.

  3. Add video as source

Go to Add sources → Websites. Paste the YouTube link and wait for it to process.

  4. Confirm source is selected

Make sure that the video is selected before prompting. This keeps the analysis focused.

  5. Reverse-engineer structure

    Prompt:

“Break down this video’s structure step by step. Identify the hook, main sections, examples, recap, and CTA. Extract a reusable template. Generate 4 fresh video ideas for my niche: [your niche], audience: [your audience].”

  6. Generate full script

    Choose one idea and prompt:

“Write a complete YouTube script with: Strong hook, Clear sections, 2 practical examples, Short recap, Strong subscribe CTA. Target length: [X minutes].”

  7. Save and export

Press Save to note → three dots → Export to Docs. Your script is in Google Docs and ready to record.

Note: You must tweak the hook. Even if the structure stays the same, your first 15 seconds must feel unique to your audience.
