Ox Alpha Emerges With 100 Trillion Free Tokens and Strong Coding Power
A mystery AI model called Ox Alpha appeared on OpenRouter and OpenCode on August 20, offering high-end coding for F-R-E-E. Its huge context, multimodal skills and claimed capacity triggered a hunt for the lab behind it.
Details:
Ox Alpha has a 1,048,576-token context, 131,072-token max output, text/image/video input, reasoning, tools and structured output. OpenCode says it can serve 100 trillion tokens per day
Early DeepSWE: Ox Alpha scored 80% (8/10), vs Fable 5 65%, GLM-5.3/Grok 4.6 62% and GPT-5.6-sol 52%. One 69-tool-call run had one error; 51,469 regression tests passed. Still needs validation
Clues favor Zhipu: GLM-like video encoding, tokenizer counts (+75 hidden-token offset), audio rejection and output style. Zhipu is unconfirmed; another analysis points to Microsoft MAI
Complimentary availability may last until August 27. Try it on non-sensitive work: OpenRouter says the provider retains prompts and completions; OpenCode advertised ZDR.

LinkedIn’s AI Slop Button Has Already Been Used 1 Million Times
LinkedIn’s fight against AI slop is getting serious. More than one million people have already used its reporting button, as the platform pushes harder against low-quality, mass-produced AI content across the feed.

The “Seems like AI slop” option is in the three-dot menu on posts and comments. If enough people flag a post, its creator may see private feedback in Post Analytics saying members think it seems AI
LinkedIn says members are seeing 40% fewer views on content it classifies as AI slop than a few weeks ago. Pangram earlier estimated 41% of LinkedIn longform posts were fully AI-generated
LinkedIn is improving AI-slop classifiers, removed its AI post-enhancement feature and is targeting automated comments at scale. It says one report alone cannot determine a post’s distribution

How to Transform Your Videos with AI: Swap, Add, or Remove Objects
Video edits that used to take hours in After Effects can be completed in seconds with minimal effort. Whether you need to swap, add, or delete objects, here's how you can do it with AI-powered precision.
Visit Kling AI
Open Kling AI in your browser. Sign in with your account, or create one if it’s your first time.
Start Video Edit
From the dashboard, go to Video → Multi-Elements. You’ll be presented with three main options:
Swap (replace one object with another)
Add (introduce a fresh element)
Delete (remove an element)
For this example, we’ll choose Swap.
Upload Video
Tap Upload Video and select the clip you want to edit. Wait for it to process, then continue.
Select Target Object
Press directly on the object in the video that you’d like to replace.
Adjust or refine the selection area if needed (zoom in, redraw the mask, etc.).
Once satisfied, Tap Confirm Selection.
Choose Replacement
Upload the image or visual reference you’d like to swap in.
Add a short text prompt to guide the AI.
Example prompt for swapping:
“Replace [object1] from the uploaded image with [object2] in the video, keeping lighting and perspective consistent.”
Generate Result
Tap Generate and allow the AI to process your request. Review the preview carefully to make sure the swap looks natural.
Export Video
Once satisfied, Press Download to save the edited video to your device.
Note: Pay attention to lighting, shadows, and perspective when writing your prompts to make swapped elements look natural.
